La nostra organizzazione promuove una cultura fondata su integrità, responsabilità e rispetto delle normative vigenti.
Per questo motivo è stato attivato un sistema di Whistleblowing dedicato alla segnalazione di comportamenti, atti od omissioni che possano costituire violazioni di leggi, regolamenti, procedure interne o principi etici.

Il canale di segnalazione consente a dipendenti, collaboratori, fornitori, consulenti e soggetti terzi di effettuare segnalazioni in modo sicuro, riservato e conforme a quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 24/2023 in materia di protezione del segnalante.

Cosa può essere segnalato

Attraverso il sistema di Whistleblowing è possibile segnalare, a titolo esemplificativo:

    1. violazioni di normative nazionali o comunitarie;
    2. condotte illecite o irregolari;
    3. violazioni del codice etico o delle procedure interne;
    4. episodi di corruzione, abuso o frode;
    5. situazioni che possano arrecare danno all’organizzazione o all’interesse pubblico;
    6. comportamenti non conformi ai principi di trasparenza e correttezza.

Le segnalazioni devono essere effettuate in buona fede, sulla base di elementi concreti e circostanziati.

Riservatezza e protezione del segnalante

Le segnalazioni vengono gestite attraverso una piattaforma dedicata che garantisce elevati standard di sicurezza, riservatezza e protezione dei dati personali.

L’identità del segnalante, così come il contenuto della segnalazione e l’eventuale documentazione allegata, saranno trattati nel pieno rispetto della normativa vigente e delle misure di tutela previste dalla legge.

È inoltre garantita la tutela del segnalante da qualsiasi forma di ritorsione, discriminazione o penalizzazione connessa alla segnalazione effettuata.
